60 YEARS WARRANTY: Terms and Conditions

WARRANTY TERMS: All our panels come with 60 years warranty as indicated against manufacturing defects. All accessories such as the bolts, cables and any items included other than the GRP panels, come with a standard 1 year warranty.

The item for which a warranty replacement is requested shall be repaired or replaced free of cost if a manufacturing defect becomes evident within this period by us.

To enable the warranty, the panel or the accessory needs to be inspected by our authorised reseller, authorised dealer for the region, or by us in our main factory. The customer MUST bear delivery costs that may be involved in getting the concerned panel to the nearest dealer or to our main factory. If the panel is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing issue or a quality issue, then a free replacement of an identical panel to the nearest colour will be provided ex-works. The shipment of this replacement panel to the destination address shall remain customer responsibility.

No personnel are supplied, and no labour must be assumed.

For Health and Safety reasons, if you discover a serious fault then do not use the panel, until the discovered fault is rectified.

IMPORTANT: Damage or faults arising from incorrect use or maintenance of panels shall not be covered by warranty. There is dependence on good installation techniques as provided in our manual and a general dependence on maintenance.

DISCLAIMERS:

Damage due to drops and mishasndling are not covered. This includes damage arising from delivery. To cover damage from delivery, all shipments must be insured.

Visual degradation such as fading shall be considered a normal part of ageing and shall not constitute grounds for claim. Appearance of minor hairline cracks on the outer gelcoat is consistent for products that have aged. UV is the reason for this Maintenance advised by us is to mitigate degradation from UV exposure. Please follow our long term maintenance guidelines. Fading of some ares is normal for products that have aged many decades and shall not reduce its strength. This cosmetic appearance is the responsibility of the user to maintain. Application of UV resisting gelcoat/paint needs to be carried out once in several years or depending on wear and your location as indicated in our maintenance manual. Further degradation arising from neglect and improper maintenance voids the replacement warranty. Product deformation from unusual crush force may be considered indication of misuse and may void guarantee. Product damage resulting from earthquakes and other natural events and disasters are not covered by warranty. The user must insure the building or panels for to protect against such losses.

Visual appearance does not constitute grounds for warranty claim.

We do our best to ensure that the panels and spare accessories that we supply are in accordance with the order and specification of the customers so far as quantity, size and quality are concerned. Supplied instructions are guidelines and not exhaustive. It is important that the buyer or the end user of our goods and machinery follow all instructions including common sense procedures, and safety procedures as set out by UK Health and Safety Regulations. However, we accept no responsibility for the accuracy of the specification itself nor do we warrant that any goods supplied by us are tested or sold as suitable for any particular purpose, treatment, conditions or that the goods possess any particular qualities save as may be set out in the item specifications. We can accept no claim for consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of our goods. The conditions and the contract shall be subject to, and construed in accordance with the UK law.

PRODUCT SUPPORT: Our warranty period is part of our overall product support. All panels sold by us to you shall be supported by us indefinitely. Repairs and maintenance are not implied. Customers will have full access to additional spare panels for the lifetime of the product.

Our panels have long warranty periods and while no further modifications will be made by us to the overall design, we cannot guarantee this. We shall endeavour to make only product modifications that prevents obsolescence.

Other Notes: The lead times are provided in good faith but not absolute. For panels outside the scope of warranty replacement, replacement at cost of new panel will always be available. The prices may fluctuate due to reasons beyond our control, and the cost of replacement panel may not be identical to the original purchase cost. This may be due to unusual cost fluctuations where we reserve the right to amend costs if the circumstances in our country or the supply chain country has changed significantly, or due to other overheads expenses.

Other Delivery and Installation Notes: Customers are free to pick panels up from our UK Warehouse with prior appointment only. We reserve the right to charge or waive overheads; or we may arrange a delivery to you at cost plus 10% overheads. For installation and maintenance we have specialist builders and engineers that we can recommend who may invoice you separately. Or we may guide your builders via video calls or specialist training services that we offer.
