Our apprentices train hands-on across composite (GRP) moulding, CNC machining, digital design and factory production — making high-quality modular buildings that help solve the housing crisis. You earn a wage, gain a nationally recognised qualification, and learn from an experienced team.

How our apprenticeships work
Hands-on from the start
You work alongside our production team on real modular building components, not just training exercises.
Day-release study
You spend dedicated time each week on off-the-job training with a college or training provider, fully paid.
A mentor and reviews
You are supported by an assigned mentor, with regular progress reviews signed off by you, us and your provider.
A real career path
Composites, CNC, design and production skills that lead to a recognised qualification and long-term opportunities.
